Ripe avocados 2
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt To taste
Black pepper To taste
Bread (whole grain or sourdough) 4 slices
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Cherry tomatoes, halved (optional) 1/2 cup
Red pepper flakes (optional) To taste
Fresh herbs (cilantro or parsley, chopped) 2 tbsp
